EDINBURGH COLLEGE OF ART. Cliff Hague, head of school of planning and housing, chair in planning; Moira Munro, senior lecturer and depute director, centre for housing research at Glasgow University, chair in housing.

WESTHILL COLLEGE. David Jenkins, head of the department of art education at the University of Warwick, professorial research fellow.

HERIOT-WATT UNIVERSITY. Lindsay John Paterson, co-ordinator of the study of Scotland and lecturer at the University of Edinburgh, chair of educational policy studies.
