No regime change

The University of Surrey will always evaluate the benefits of seeking to develop new funding streams to further cut its dependence on recurrent grant funding, but it has no plans to work outside the current funding regime, as insinuated in your analysis ("Which university has the fattest wallet?", THES, July 18).
