Job Description We are looking for a zoologist who will expand our team and participate in teaching, scientific research and the development of topics on invertebrates at the Department of Botany and Zoology. The job further includes preparation of scientific publications, supervision of students, and development of relevant methods. We expect active involvement in grant activities and presentation of results at professional forums. Skills and Qualifications The applicant must have: Postgraduate education in ecological and evolutionary biology (zoology, ecology, ethology) focused on invertebrates. Long-term internship abroad after doctoral studies (min. 3 months). Publication activity corresponding to the applicant's career stage (H-index>10). Excellent knowledge of Czech/Slovak and English (both spoken and written). The applicant should have: Experience in preparing grant projects, teaching zoological courses, supervising bachelor's, master's, and/or doctoral students.
