The research fellow will join a team funded through a NSW Health Translational Research grant that focuses on transforming infection management in immunosuppressed patients. This role will support the implementation of bait-capture-based targeted clinical metagenomics, applying cutting-edge sequencing and analytical pipelines to enable rapid, precise pathogen identification and antimicrobial resistance profiling.
