Room 142, which is now used for teaching and lectures, served as a burial chapel in the 15th century.

The tomb shown here (top centre) was found to contain the remains of one adult and two children.

On its arch, crowned with a coat of arms incorporating a castle, the symbol of Castile (main image, left), there is a charcoal drawing of a medieval knight.

Another tomb, which is now hidden as it is located on the floor and covered by a carpet, holds the remains of a Spanish prelate.
