The Universidad Anáhuac México, or Anáhuac University is a private university located in Mexico, and belongs to the Legionaries of Christ institute. The university is spread over two campuses: the north campus in Huixquilucan de Degollado, and the south campus located in Mexico City. The two campuses were originally two separate institutes up until August 2016 when they were merged to become Anáhuac University. Anáhuac University Mexico North was established in 1964, and it is this year the university as a whole was officially established. Anáhuac University Mexico South originally opened its doors in 1981. The North Campus features modern architectural buildings surrounded by vast and open green landscapes. The 220,000 square metre campus features 175 classrooms, 18 computer labs, six auditoriums and an exhibition centre. The South Campus features a large number of gardens and offers a spectacular view of Mexico City. In total, there are 18 schools and faculties at the university, with a broad range of subjects from law, architecture and languages, to bioethics, psychology and engineering to name a few. The motto of the university is "vince in bono malum", meaning "defeat evil with good", and the university strives to live up to this ethos by delivering a positive academic programme that it says incorporates true Christian values. A number of highly successful names in the world of business have studied at Anáhuac University. These include Rocky De La Fuente, Carlos Slim Domit, Carlos Jarque and Alonso Garcia Tames. The emblem of Anáhuac shows a woven fabric, symbolising how the university seeks to combine the students’ talents and integrate them fully into their working life.

This position involves overseeing and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality services related to enrolment and student progress. The Coordinator acts as an escalation point for complex enquiries, offering specialised guidance to SAS advisors, and serves as a key contact for staff and students regarding student administration policies and procedures. This position will work closely with the College Manager of Student Administration Services to deliver support services, develop strategic goals, review business processes, and enhance systems to improve the student experience across a range of student administration activities. The Coordinator in Enrolment and Student Progress will also: Be a subject matter expert for enrolment, course planning and student progress matters, and provide  impartial advice and support to College Executive staff, academics, external stakeholders and relevant committees on related matters. Coordinate and deliver high-quality, timely enrolment and student progress services at the College level, managing complex student inquiries and cases in line with University policies, procedures, and relevant legislation. Contribute to the coordination and support of university wide enrolment preparation and monitoring activities, and other relevant engagement activities or projects aimed at enhancing the student experience and retention rates at a College level. About You As the Coordinator in Enrolment and Student Progress, you will be required to learn and adapt within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. You will have excellent time-management, organisational and problem-solving skills, allowing you to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines as required. You will develop and maintain positive relationships within the Student Administration Team as well as with external stakeholders. Furthermore, you will demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions and take initiative, ensuring successful outcomes for the University. To be successful in this role, you will also demonstrate: Experience in managing the provision of support services in a large, diverse, and dynamic work environment, and to provide advice and recommendation on strategic matters to senior management. High level organisational, planning and analytical skills, including excellent attention to detail and ability to prepare meaningful and detailed reports and submissions. The ability to provide leadership and contribute to a workplace culture that motivates, guides and supports staff to deliver customer service excellence and business improvement. SAS teams are integrated within each of the five colleges, along with the front-end student service hub (Flinders Connect) and university-wide administration services to provide support across the student lifecycle, from admissions through to graduations. Established in 2025, the MAHKCS is a pioneering postgraduate programme dedicated exclusively to Hong Kong Cultural Studies. It provides an interdisciplinary exploration of the humanities disciplines about Hong Kong, including its language, literature, culture, society, creative industries, cinema, and media, with academic training on a problem-based approach to understand the city’s role in the Greater Bay Area and its connection with China in a global context.
