As a follow up to some local and regional government workshops that took place earlier this year across Europe, the European Regional Information Society Association (eris@) and HP Lab are jointly organising the event 'Utilising emerging technologies in the domain of Local and Regional Governments'. It will be held in Bristol, the UK, on 15 September.
