University of Stirling - Theatrical meal deal

A restaurant with an "on-stage" chef preparing meals in full view of customers will be the centrepiece of a new development at the University of Stirling. A coffee shop and delicatessen are also planned as part of a five-year contract signed with the catering services provider Sodexo. The £9 million deal will also see the firm provide vending services across the campus and hospitality for meetings held at the university.
