University of Aberdeen - Treasure filip

A major donation will help the University of Aberdeen to become a centre of expertise in the conservation of rare and historic books. The US philanthropist Loretta Brennan Glucksman has made a personal gift of $3 million (£2.1 million), which will go towards a purpose-built conservation studio.
