Decades may have passed and the Florida Rooms evolved from a music venue to a Sea Life Centre, but Roger Daltrey still has fond memories of the gigs he performed at the Brighton nightspot in the 1960s. The Who frontman was on hand to open the Brighton Music Tunnel, featuring a mural celebrating the city's musical past, which was created by illustration and graphic design students at the University of Brighton. Other stars depicted in the mural include Norman Cook, better known as DJ Fatboy Slim, Sir Paul McCartney and James Morrison. The 25m tunnel links the centre to Brighton's beach.
