Treasury chastised

The Treasury's decision to exclude other government departments from discussions about the £65 million Cambridge-MIT Institute was "difficult to justify", according to a report by the House of Commons Public Accounts Committee. The report concludes that the Treasury was wrong to keep the Department of Trade and Industry in the dark about its plans.
