Essential Science Indicators lists countries ranked in the top 50 per cent for a field over a given period, based on total citations. In clinical medicine, 106 nations are listed, meaning 212 were surveyed. Twenty-six nations earned at least 100,000 citations. Finland, the Netherlands and Denmark top the list by impact, while producing only a fraction of that of the US, which is ranked fourth by impact.

The data above were extracted from Thomson Scientific’s Essential Science Indicators database. This database, currently covering the period January 1997 to December 2007, surveys only journal articles (original research reports and review articles) indexed by Thomson Scientific. Articles are assigned to a category based on the journals in which they were published and Thomson Scientific’s journal-to-category field definition scheme. Both articles tabulated and citation counts to those articles are for the period indicated. This ranking in clinical medicine is by citations per paper among nations that collected 100,000 or more citations to reveal weighted impact. For articles with multiple authors from different nations, each nation receives full, not fractional, citation credit. hello I would like to thank you dear scholars, researchers, students, professors, web surfers, etc... My name is Amir Hossein Amiyari. Bachelor's degree student in the field of literature and humanities and professional English language, very interested in learning, perhaps because I am talented in various fields of medium to complex sciences that include a wide range. From the study of biography along with the effects of famous people and management to English literature, poetry, writing, architecture, especially medicine and pharmacology, economics, business, psychology, sociology, politics, law, environment, health and cleanliness, modern sciences and New, new inventions, technology, computer, etc... I was on April 7, 2004 in the city of Mashhad in the northeast of Iran, where since childhood and even childhood, I was intensely thinking about the various sciences around me. All the family members and all relatives, far and near, had faith and were sure that I will definitely reach a very high position with my genius and great talent. Now I have a diploma with a high average and I am studying in a good university called Payam Noor which means Message of Light University in English, majoring in English language and literature, and I have been planning to immigrate to America for several years.
In the following, I intended to introduce the Islamic Republic of Iran as a real scientific hub, especially in the field of medicine, medical specialties, and also having numerous ultra-advanced plastic surgery clinics with the best doctors. In these well-equipped and excellent clinics, you will take a picture of your face with a 360-degree device. Then, using many, flexible, attractive and specialized options, you draw a completely ideal state of the face that is going to undergo cosmetic surgery and then show it to professional surgeons. They will make you another Angelina Jolie. Also, men can do exactly the same thing, and this cosmetic surgery is not exclusive to women. As to what percentage of your face will resemble that selected pose, more than seventy percent is related to the professional, highly experienced, recommended, specific and experienced surgeon. So don't even think that you are going to be 100% like that ideal state. But it can be promised up to 80 or 85 percent. Let us leave the world of plastic surgery, which is the most profitable job in Iran. "The great country of Iran" is among the top 10 countries in the field of medicine, nursing, specialists and psychology in the Middle East region, the Asian continent, and even the Oceania continent and perhaps the other continents of the world, namely North, Latin and South America. Iran has more than 100 internationally recognized universities of medical and paramedical sciences. Some of them, like Tehran University of Medical Sciences, which is state-owned and has the best equipment, facilities, students and professors in Iran and Asia, are completely free and very promising, but it is very difficult to get accepted into them. On the other hand, there are some other faculties of medical sciences that are located in Islamic Azad University and are not free. In addition to paying tuition fees, they are also very expensive and studying in these colleges has become a dream for many students and seems completely impossible. Another type of medical education is called commitment to service. That is, after 7 years of training in a state university, even a good and excellent one, doctors must work for 10 to 15 years with normal salary, in one or more villages and very rarely in a town and city other than their own place of residence, the location of which is determined by the Ministry of Health. The Islamic Republic of Iran decides to treat patients as a general practitioner. Also, Iran has been very active in medical engineering and is equipped with the latest medical devices. Although most of these devices have been imported, especially from Germany, Hisense brand, and different brands from England, etc., in Iran, private hospitals are much better and more equipped. But they are also much more expensive. There are often neither hospitals nor clinics in the villages. But most villages have a health center.
