The European Commission's Directorate General for Information Society has launched a call for tenders to provide a service for the promotion of good practice services. The objective of this tender is to provide a service contract for:
1. The implementation and promotion of good practice exchange services through an online portal as well as facilitating offline sharing and encounters (lot 1).
2. The European Awards for Innovation in ICT-enabled services of public interest shall be contributors in identifying and giving recognition and visibility to outstanding good practices in Europe (lot 2).
