The Group adopted the Agenda, as set out in CM 1377/04 of 3 April 2004, with some changes to the order of items (Annex 2), and one additional item:

- Procedure for the election of CSO Vice-President at the 159th CSO meeting.

In this context it was proposed to add a standard item: "Follow-up of Action items" to all future meeting agendas.

2. SUMMARY OF CONCLUSIONS OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING (COST 236/04)

The Group approved the Summary of Conclusions of the JAF meeting of 30 January 2004 as set out in doc. COST 236/04.

3. DRAFT WORKING METHODS OF THE JAF GROUP (COST 304/2/03 REV 2)

The Group agreed to the proposed working methods as set out in doc COST 304/2/03 REV 2 and decided to submit the document to the CSO for final adoption at its 159th meeting on - 28 May 2004.
