The long-awaited decision on the location of the National Academy of Sport can be expected in August or September, sports minister Tony Banks said last week. Mr Banks said he had decided to proceed with the shortlist of Upper Heyford, Sheffield, and the Central Consortium based around Loughborough, Nottingham and Lilleshall.
