The UHI Millennium Institute is known for its state-of-the-art technology that allows lectures to be held across its member institutions in the Highlands and Islands. Two students were recently overcome by passion in a room that had just been used for a video conference. They failed to notice that the link was still live, and their exploits were duly transmitted over the network. There are suggestions that the video link could be useful for institutional marketing.
