二月 5, 1999

The Scottish Conservative Party will today unveil its scheme to pay tuition fees for Scottish students in 2001, at an estimated cost of Pounds 34 million, rising to Pounds 38 million in 2002. Party leader David McLetchie will propose that funds come from the Pounds 14 billion grant to the Scottish Parliament.
