Jim Wallace, Scotland's Lifelong Learning Minister, has launched consultations for merged colleges in Forth Valley and Fife. Last year, Glasgow Metropolitan College was created through the merger of Glasgow College of Food Technology and Glasgow College of Building and Printing.
