Scots get a share of US nurse training market

* Scottish Knowledge, which exports education expertise, has forged a partnership with Dundee University that opens the door to a Pounds 3.18 billion market in the United States. Dundee's centre for medical education has won the right to provide continuing nurse education from the powerful American Nurses Credentialling Centre. Senior lecturer Elizabeth Rogerson said what had particularly appealed was that nurses applied theory to their clinical practice and could assess their own competence as they worked.
