Scots fee probe:no constraints

There will be "no constraints" on Scotland's prospective committee of inquiry into student funding, Henry McLeish, minister for enterprise and lifelong learning has pledged. But he warned that the inquiry would have to address searching questions about tuition fees, further education bursaries, access and hardship, and no options would be cost free. The committee is likely to have a maximum of 12 members and begins work in July. "I want every organisation interested in further and higher education to contribute to this debate so we can address every possible aspect," he said.
