School of Oriental and African Studies - London link to Obama favourite

Barack Obama's favourite CD was produced by a UK academic. Borders Books recently revealed the US President-elect's selection of "top-five favourites", consisting of four books and a musical album, Kulanjan, by blues artist Taj Mahal and Malian kora player Toumani Diabate. The record was produced by Lucy Duran, lecturer in African music at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
