To register, you are invited to complete an expression of interest form, on-line.
It should be noted that the European Commission has a duty to ensure there is an equitable balance of interests represented at the conference. Thus, the Commission reserves the right to decline places to persons where there is an over representation of interests (be this by country, gender, "stakeholder" etc).
Delegates will have their places confirmed by 1 March 2004.
