The Information Society DG of the European Commission has issued a prior information notice for an invitation to tender for the organisation of 'Information society technologies' IST 2002-2003-2004 events to be held in Copenhagen on 4 to 6 November 2002, in Milan during the second half of 2003 and in the Netherlands during the second half of 2004.
The contract will involve the preparation and organisation of three three-day events. These events will comprise conferences, including multimedia facilities and prize-giving ceremonies, as well as exhibitions which will take place over an approximate gross surface area of 4,000 square metres.
The events will be held under the Fifth and Sixth Framework programmes for information society technologies, and under the programme for research, technological development and demonstration of European Union multimedia, communication and information technologies.
Maximum value envisaged: 12,000,000 euro.
