Pathfinder: Jon Adams, the artist-in-residence at Portsmouth University, has won an Arts Council Arts Plus Development Award to produce a map of personal journeys. The map will be displayed on the web, at major stations, on pocket timetables, moving display boards at stations and on LED displays on trains. Stops on the map will be replaced by events from passengers' own life stories. Mr Adams, who is dyslexic, hopes that by getting passengers to tell him about their hidden disabilities he can address public misconceptions about such disabilities.
