Oxford student's claim dismissed by judge

Oxford University student Qamar Nadeem Ahmed, who insisted he was treated unfairly when told to retake qualifying tests for a third time, had his complaints dismissed by a High Court judge this week.

He claimed an examiner was "biased" against him and he had been "treated differently" from two fellow students on his course. Mr Justice Gage dismissed his judicial review challenge, ruling his complaints had been dealt with "entirely fairly" by the university provost.
