Observation, analysis and innovation - Socrates call for proposals

The European Commission has published a call for proposals for general activities of observation, analysis and innovation for 2005 under the Socrates programme.

In particular, the call requests 'innovatory initiatives responding to emerging needs' in the form of measures to improve and facilitate the exchange of information and experiences, as well as the development of innovations in the field of education among the countries participating in the Socrates programme.
