Rock and Roll Tourist, the memoirs of a musician who left his life behind at the age of 50 to follow his favourite bands around the globe, is the latest offering from Northumbria University Press. He recounts talking his way on to free flights and hitching a ride in bands' tour buses from Reykjavik to Brussels and New York to Nashville.
