Collaboration Grants are on offer from the MRC and are the council's main scheme for supporting high quality investigator initiated research in UK higher education institutions, NHS Trusts or academic analogues. Grants may be awarded for any period of up to five years. The awards provide funds of between £50,000 and £1 million.
