The NERC Airborne Remote Sensing Facility provides the UK environmental science community with the means to obtain remotely-sensed data in support of research and survey programmes. The ARSF deploys a research aircraft, capable of acquiring synoptic digital and analogue imagery of high spatial and spectral resolution, and is also equipped with basic atmospheric sensors. Applications are now invited for the 2003 flying season.
