Millennium grant goes to science ken

THE Millennium Commission has given Pounds 36.6 million to science centres in Dundee and Glasgow, part of a Scotland-wide network that aims to boost the public understanding of science. The Scottish Science Trust, a joint initiative of the Royal Society of Edinburgh and Scottish Enterprise, is seeking Pounds 85 million for the six-centre project.
