Two university chefs have spent a fortnight in Japan to improve their understanding of the country's food culture. The visit by Mark Price and Andy Grant, from Loughborough University, was part of a plan to ensure that Japanese athletes are given a taste of home when they visit the university in the build-up to the London 2012 Olympic Games.
