Bookseller fined for advertising Mein Kampf
A Prague court has fined a bookseller ten times his monthly salary for advertising Mein Kampf on the internet. Judge Jana Andelova found Vit Varak guilty of disseminating fascist ideology and fined him 100,000 crowns, about £2,000.
Ghosts spark transfer protest
Students at Paraguay’s Universidad Tecnologica Intercontinental have protested at the transfer of the university’s main facilities to a new building because it is believed to be haunted by ghosts. The building, which cost the university more than 110 million guaranis (about £1,850) to purchase and renovate, was built at the end of the 19th century by freemasons.
