King's College London - Secret benefactor

An alumnus of King's College London has donated £750,000 to its China Institute, to create a new Abraham Lue lectureship in Chinese entrepreneurship. Dr Lue, emeritus assistant principal of King's and founder of the K.C. Wong Fellowship programme, said he was "humbled" by the donation. The new post, believed to be the first of its kind in the UK, will focus on the role of contemporary China on the global economic stage, as well as other aspects of Chinese society. The benefactor remains anonymous.
