King's College don guilty of misconduct

A senior medical professor at King's College London has been found guilty of serious professional misconduct. He is the third King's academic to fall foul of the General Medical Council in the past four months.

Timothy Peters, professor of clinical biochemistry at King's College School of Medicine and Dentistry, London, was given a severe reprimand by the GMC earlier for misleading the Medical Research Council and failing to act over the fraudulent research of a student.
