JRC publishes call for expressions of interest for various studies

The European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) has published a call for expressions of interest from companies interested in carrying out various scientific and technical studies.

The institute for prospective technological studies (IPTS), part of the JRC, intends to compile a list of companies interested in the execution of studies in one of the following fields:

1.1 - life sciences - agrofoods;
1.2 - life sciences - biotechnology;
2.1 - foresight on information society technologies in Europe;
2.2 - information and communication technologies - prospective on cybersecurity;

3 - energy technologies and greenhouse mitigation policies;

4 - environment: clean technologies;

5 - transport - technology for transport sustainability;

6 - support to research policy: analysis and prospectives;

7 - economics of technical change;

8 - economic dimensions of prospective technological studies.

Technical specifications will be provided together with the invitation to tender.

The file of potential study providers will remain valid for three years from the date of publication of this notice. This validity period may be extended following a further call for expressions of interest. The final date for delivery of applications is three months prior to expiry of the list validity period.
