IT tight on bonuses

十一月 12, 1999

The National Computing Centre's 19th annual survey into IT staffing issues shows that only 8 per cent of organisations are offering staff a bonus or premium payment if they obtain certification or accreditation for specific skills.

It finds that only 30 respondents would offer staff a financial reward for completing a certified scheme and that, of those who would receive a bonus, some could expect as little as Pounds 250.

A copy of Salaries and Staff Issues in IT 2000 can be obtained by emailing surveys@ncc.co.uk. The full survey price is Pounds 250 including post and packing. NCC members can buy the survey at the discounted price of Pounds 155 (including p&p).
