An international meeting on laser medical technology will take place from 6 to 8 November in Florence, Italy.
The conference will consist of a number of courses aimed at fostering scientific discussion on the latest developments in medical and surgical laser technology.
A plenary session will also take place, focusing on the potential side effects associated with lasers and light use in medical treatments and surgical operations.
The conference is being organised by the international academy of laser medicine and surgery.
