Topics to be covered at this event include the understanding of metabolic and signal transduction systems, bacterial systems biology, methods and software for systems biology, spatial models, and systems biology for medicine. The 5th ICSB will be co-organised by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, DECHEMA e.V., Deutsches Krebsforschungs-zentrum, the European Molecular Biology Laboratory, and the European Media Laboratory.
