Inspirational and outstanding economics lecturers are potential candidates for three prizes offered by the Learning and Teaching Support Network economics subject centre.
Winners will receive £250 in book tokens and will be guests of honour at the 2003 "Developments in Economics and Business Education" conference at Heriot-Watt University in September. The deadline for nominations is June .
John Sloman, centre director, said: "These awards are an opportunity for academic economists and support staff to receive national recognition for the high quality of their learning and teaching practices."
