Brussels, 21 Nov 2005
An information day and brokerage event on the final call of the new and emerging science and technology programme (NEST) PATHFINDER will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on 6 December.
Organised by NEST-IDEA, a specific support action to raise awareness and give support to the scientific community regarding the NEST initiative, in close cooperation with the NEST-Unit of the European Commission, the event is devoted to the final call FP6-2005-NEST-Path, published on October.
The event will first present relevant information about the call and then, in the afternoon, participants will have the choice to attend one of 4 parallel sessions on the following domains:
- tackling complexity in science;
- synthetic biology;
- measuring the impossible;
- cultural dynamics - what it means to be human.
