八月 21, 1998

Thirty-year-old data on maternal diet and weight may help fight India's diabetes and heart-disease epidemic. In the 1960s, 3,000 women and their babies were studied. The youngsters, measured throughout childhood, are now adults. Researchers will examine the data for a link between the size and diet of a mother and the development of heart disease and Type 2 diabetes in her children.
