This is the first issue of The THES to be available to users with access to FT Profile, the leading online text retrieval system. FT Profile is available in most academic libraries and to many users of the Internet.
The service will make available the full text of The THES on the Tuesday after the Friday of publication, except for a small amount of material in which we do not have full copyright. This issue will be available from March 7. In addition, FT Profile will carry a back archive of The THES from October 1994, which will be available from today. The same agreement also makes The Times Educational Supplement available via FT Profile.
Later this year, we plan to provide CD-Rom versions of both newspapers.
