Subject: Draft Council Regulation on the establishment of structures for the management of the European satellite radionavigation programmes
= Adoption
1. On 11 June 2004 the Council agreed in substance the text of the draft Council Regulation on the establishment of structures for the management of the European satellite radionavigation programmes, under the conditions established in documents 9960/04 TRANS 216 MAR 96 AVIATION 135 RECH 112 CAB 35 + ADD 1 and ADD 2.
2. The European Parliament, having been consulted on the basis of Article 308, gave its opinion on 31 March 2004 1.
3. The text of the draft Regulation has undergone legal and linguistic finalisation. Consequently, the Council is invited, subject to confirmation by the Permanent Representatives Committee:
- to adopt the Regulation as set out in 10508/04 TRANS 235 MAR 116 AVIATION 145 RECH 129 CAB 372;
- to include the statements set out in documents 9960/04 TRANS 216 MAR 96 AVIATION 135 RECH 112 CAB 35 ADD 1 and ADD 2 in the Council minutes.
