Glyndwr University - Boost for Welsh postgrads

Welsh graduates are being offered a leg-up into further study via a scholarship scheme. The Glyndwr University fund is open to students who are either living in Wales or have graduated from a Welsh university, and will offer prospective postgraduates at the institution a 50 per cent discount on their course fees. Peter Heard, head of the Glyndwr Graduate School, said the scholarship would help give Welsh graduates an edge over their competitors in the job market. Both full- and part-time courses are covered by the scheme.
