The European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) has published a call for tenders for services relating to thematic studies in the field of geo-spatial modelling of land-use and cover landscape related to agri-environment.
This activity deals with the provision of expertise, techniques and tools for assessing, quantifying and monitoring the evolution of agri-environmental conditions. It will focus on the spatial dimension (i.e. integration of geographical information, mapping, spatial analysis, elaboration and provision of basic layer geographical datasets) in particular to assess land-use/cover and landscapes in relation to environmental, agricultural, rural and regional development policies.
