FP6 model consortium agreement drafted by pan-European organisations

Brussels, 17 Sep 2003

Four pan-European organisations have come together to draw up a model consortium agreement for projects under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6).

The 'Integrated Projects consortium agreement for FP6 projects' has been drafted to reflect and balance the interests of all stakeholders concerned in FP6 projects. Two versions of the agreement have been composed, reflecting two different views within the consortium on intellectual property rights and access rights.

The organisations behind the consortium agreement are the European information, communications and consumer electronics technology industry association (EICTA); the European association of research and technology organisations (EARTO), the telecommunications network operators' contracts group (TNOCG); and the UNITE group for European universities.
