European micro air vehicle conference

The German Institute of Navigation (DGON) will host the first European micro air vehicle conference in Braunschweig, Germany, on 13 and 14 July.

Micro air vehicles (MAVs) are the smallest flying machines constructed by humans. They are flying robots and have the same weight and size as small birds.

Topics to be discussed at the conference will include: the development of miniaturised structures, propulsion and navigation systems; aerodynamics; flight controllers; actuators and sensors. For more further, please visit: http:///www.dgon.de/emav2004.htm
