The workshop 'Towards inclusive online provision of public services in European cities and regions' will be held in Prague, Czech Republic, from 12 to 14 October.
This workshop is being organised as part of the Eurocities Knowledge Society Forum 'Telecities 2005'. The latest results from the representative eUser population survey 2005 in European countries for the domains e-government, e-health and e-learning will be presented, along with a series of European good practices from these domains.
