Nicola Dandridge has been named the new chief executive of the Equality Challenge Unit, which aims to raise awareness of equal opportunities issues in academia. She is currently the head of equality at Thompsons Solicitors and is a member of the Equality and Diversity Committee of the National Learning and Skills Council.
