The NERC and EPSRC are jointly funding a £3.5 million programme in Environmental Mathematics and Statistics over three years. This capacity-building initiative aims to enhance the quality and quantity of collaborations between the mathematical / statistical and life / environmental science communities.
Applications are now invited from eligible institutions in the UK for providing workshops and short training courses in the second half of 2004 and the early part of 2005.
